This site tells you what I do – and have done – as a teacher, writer and cultural activist. 

I currently hold the Harold Pinter writers residency at the Hackney Empire, where my play Porn Crackers will be produced this year. I also co-run, with Susana Medina, the ’Writing the Visual’ writers group for writer whose work engages with the visual arts, which meets at the Empire monthly.

Work with children ‘Rootball Writers’ happens regularly on the Stockwell Park estate, and I co-teach, with Paul Lyalls for the Lambeth Summer University.

I also fundraise for causes I believe in so do get in touch if you think I can help you with an event, writing or the Arts Award.
